We will not be able to deliver and set up if there is lightening or severe hazardous weather. We will contact you in these instances. If we are unable to set up your yard greeting because of weather you will receive a full refund.
If you must cancel your yard greeting please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery for a full refund minus the credit card fees we incur. (Approximately 6% of your purchase).
